Titan quests on survivor: doable?
I have never done that part of prophecies' storyline, but since it gives quite a good ammount of xp, I'd like to do those on my survivor. However, I was wondering, how risky would it be (given access to prot spirit/bond lol)? I have checked wiki and there are no foes particulary nasty, but since the number of foes you need to fight at the same time are not listed I though I'd better ask somebody before spawning in the middle of a very large group or something. (Pls, don't suggest me to do Kilroy's dungeon or other farming.)

Defend Droknars is certainly doable on a survivor....I vanquished Tasca's and Mineral Springs on my ranger (H/H party) a few days ago with this quest active and didn't have a single party member death. Denravi and Kryta are a bit tougher (lots of annoying elem titans), and I would stay clear of Last day Dawns (unless starting from ToA for 8-party or Yaks Bend for 6-party). Some of the quests have npc's that you have to keep alive and you might get bugged by losing survivor because the quest failed.

Ok, tyvm, both. Could any of you tell (more or less) how large the groups I'll have to fight doing only defend forge, deravi and kryta would be (and if i might have to fight more then 1 group at time)?

As Yol stated:
Quote:
The groups aren't too large [I don't know exact number of foes per group off-hand], and compared to "today's standards" of hard-mode foes (IE: Nightfall & Eye of the North), they're not too bad skill-wise. If you need help through it, I'd be more than happy to lend a hand. My survivor still hasn't died. |

it's not just the Titans. Getting there those nasty little sparks may do you in.

Just stay back and let h/h do the work? You'll get xp on completion, you don't actually need to fight. Or let a friend or 2nd account do all the fighting and just stay back.

You can do most of the stuff in this game without a death, quite some time ago here was a dude that had GWAMM on his paragon with no deaths, he claimed he didn't use Imbagon much either. So, I wish you a good luck, btw, Dzjudz idea is cool also, if you want to be safe, let the H/H do it, if things go south, zone.

Like Slasher said, geekasaurus rex back there made a thread on getting gwamm without dying once, so yeah it's definitely possible, you'd just probably need to find three other players, each with two hands. Best of luck on that.

Thank you everybody. I'm not going on gwamm on this char lol (even the survivor started accidently). Anyway, think I'll probably try it (can always map out if things go bad :P). Are the NPCS that need to be protected added as allies (i.e. will I have problems noticing if they health drops low?)
